how to bleed radiator on ford transit van 2001?

remove rad cap and run it at a fast idle for ten mins or so with the heater on hot.when the window demisters run hot its bled.switch off and check fluid levels.leave 10 mins and recheck levels.replace cap and recheck levels when cold usually works for me.
