honda engine cuts out after 10 seconds?

Have you checked that the airfiler is not blocked.
If filter has been cleaned how was it cleaned?
Unless filter is of all sponge constuction they should only been blown out. Most paper type filters do not repond well to being cleaned with fluid. Try starting & running engine with the filter removed. If the engine continues to run replace the filter with a new one. Do not run engine without filter for a prolonged period as this may cause internal damage.
