How do I replace soap dispenser hose on Zanussi FLA1001W?

First try CLEANING the soap drawer holes with an old tooth brush and bleach to get rid of the mould that maybe BLOCKING water supply holes .
No joy remove the lid of the machine held by a couple of screws at the top rear of machine slide back the top and lift off you will see the soap drawer and its supply pipes each pipe lines up with a section of the soap drawer to give the different feeds required to the drawer at different times in the programme, pre wash, wash, and conditioner added press the wire clips at both ends to release the ends of the pipe now blow down to see if BLOCKED, try and clear blockage with stiff wire pushed slowly through the pipe till blockage appears at the other end refit pipe and try machine for filling
