How can I fix my Hotpoint fridge freezer mistral?

Unfortunately you have a problem that Hotpoint will not own up to. The fridge is cooled by pipes running up from the freezer part and sometimes these get iced up and block preventing cool air from reaching the fridge. The short term solution is to defrost the Fridge-Freezer for at least two days and then it will be okay. But for how long is the qustion. I have had doors changed, seals changed and eventually it happens again. As it happens I am waiting for hotpoint to pay their 5th visit to me.
