zanussi zsf 6150 s, water not heated?

have replaced heating unit in zanussi zsf 6150 s but water still not being heated.

the machine is functioning normally otherwise.

your opinion of where the fault may be please !

take the control pcb out the fascia and remove the pcb from the plastic holder.look at the pcb tracks around the heater relay (inch square block. black or blue in colour normally).cheack for blown tracks or bad solder joints onto pcb.resolder tracks or joints and hopefully it will now heat
