Eurovox DVB-XC all channels saying no signal?

mi eurovox box has 182 channels on it but onli 5 of them wrk hw do i get the rest on help plz

well colin, the problem is in your provider cable and not in the eurovox, has to be broken lead comming from it , is the little silver plug on the end of the cable,that you put into the tv , tight" on the cable , or is it moveing a little, can you try the box nextdoor, just to test the cable, ?if it bad on the tv and your only getting one one channell it has to be a problem with the tv incomming cable,

I tried the cable in the tv and only got itv channel and no other and that was a bad picture. I have done nothing to my box apart from try a scan. I have even tried connecting my box direct from the cable box on the wall.

can you check the provider cable commimg into your home just on a tv , to see if your getting the signal ok , just plug it into the tv to test it.

everything is right at that end then , and are you you getting normal channells on the cable thats comming in , just on the tv,not useing the box, and was the box updateing itself/ or did you have to put the codes in.

My list of programmes are there and i have also tried to change the symbol rate from 6952 to 6887 while doing a power scan which picked up one only channel. I then run a power scan using the original symbol rate number of 6952 and i'm now back to square one with all my channels there but no signal.

you might have changed the symbol rate, go back into (user installation)press the power scann button, a new window will open up" showing 100mzh flashing" under that is 870mzh, and under that is the symbol rate , it might show 6887, or 6952, so if its showing 6887 now change it to 6952 with your remote" or the other way around, and press(ok) to scann, if the symbol rate is right for your tv provider , you will see a list of channells comming up on your tv , this scann takes 20min, ill check back here
