How can I fix my onn digital terrestrial reciever ostb01?

My box was working but out of the blue i lost all channels when i tried to install them again i could only get BBC channels.

Can anyone tell me how to replace or repair the remote control for an Onn digibox? OST BO1 is the model.

Sound like an aerial problem. Channels are grouped together into 'Muxes'. You can only receive the BBC mux.

You need to ensure that your aerial is correctly aligned and that the all the connectors are OK. (Bad connectors are a classic fault.)
