How can i unlock my laptop?

Its actually very easy, but the fact that you cant remember your username OR password is very very worrying. take it to a pc shop, it'll cost u mind but dont let them take the mickey as it does'nt cost THEM anything and it takes amatter of 30 seconds.

I can't help someone that i do not know and i hope that no one else will either. I am sure that you have forgotten your User Name and Password ant that the laptop is not stolen but many are and so posting how to unlock them on an open forum would be just plain silly.

Take your laptop with proof of ID and ownership to a local computer shop and I am sure that they will be able to help you at a nominal cost.
