Ravensheat 820 Boiler won't fire up?

My boiler will ignite the pilot light but won't go to full heat, for CH or DHW, any idea's would be great

Once the pilot has lit it stays on for approx 5/10 seconds then shuts down and starts again, it sounds like everything is working but it dosent light the main burner

is there a continuous spark across the pilot even after the pilot has lit?
