Mikomi Wireless Optical Mouse Model No KM80546?

I purchased the mouse and keyboard set about one month ago. the mouse is now not working.
1. The cursor started to freeze
2 Now the cursor does not operate at all
3 One light on the mouse lights very bright then it dims
4 There is nothing else wrong as the keyboard operates with no problems.
5 The computer and all the software works
6 I have reloaded the software for the mouse drivers , unfortunately still does not operate
7 The original wired mouse does work without any problems
