Mend Ariston Microgenus 24 Combi Heating Fault

Ariston Microgenus 24 Combi Boiler?

When running the hot water the temperature goes hot then cold then hot then cold etc etc!!!
Its only about 4 months old and has never happened before, the digital temp shows it ranging between 37-48 degrees, and sounds like its cutting out , then firing up etc etc
Any Ideas?????
