How can I fix my HYGENIA APL3418 Cooker Programmer?

It's a green display and I have tried all your suggestions previously but now I'm afraid nothing happens when I press the buttons, it just stuck on Auto showing 3 zeros.

Hi Paul, is it a red display? Turn off the power to the oven, wait a few minutes and turn back on.The display should now be all zeros.I think on that one it is 5 buttons.Press and hold button 2 and 3 then still holding press the plus till you get the correct time.On some, you press 2 and 3 then let go,press the plus while the dot is flashing.Try different avenues as they varied manufacturer,but it will go either way.
