Mend Honeywell 8SP399A Installed Unit System

Intellisense/Accenta - No Strobe?

Ive just installed AG3 Sounder/Strobe unit as part of a system.

The main control panel is a Honeywell 8SP399A Accenta Mini

Connections (double checked and tested) are as desribed in the Intellisense Instalation manual

I have no Strobe in either test or Alarm modes.

With this one exception everything checks out and is working fine including both LEDs.

i having the same problem, not sure if its a duff strobe? how did you resolve your alarm.

Had same problem myself connecting to an Optima compact. Followed instuctions and didn't wire in the strobe (+) as "not needed". No strobe. Wired in the strobe (+) and strobe worked correctly! Crap istallation manual.
