Mend DGM L-1936WD Display Screen Monitor

How can I fix my DGM L-1936WD 19" wide screen LCD monitor?

The display is right-aligned. I don't know how to move it so that it is central or stretched across the page. It means that I cannot minimise or maximise any pages on the internet, or scroll down the page.

I have the same problem with my monitor.....I believe it is a faulty transformer 120v/12v.
