Mend Washing Machine Empty Works

How to fix a leaky washing machine?

My washing machine is leaking from the dispenser, but the strange thing is when it is empty it works fine but when I put a load of clothes and the powder in it then leaks from the dispenser!!! any ideas.

clean out the powder drawer with very hot water, powder could be gone hard in the back of the drawer, or in the inlet pipe , stopping some of the water getting through , and its makeing it back leak into the dispenser,
