hi as far as i no there were no problems the night befor on my pc i been told that there was a power cut in my area i turn on my pc it comes up ref turning computer off do you want to use widows or use arow up to safe mode i tried both but no luck i also tryed the one that says go back to last date of use still keeps comeing back windaws etc can any one tell me im not a tec peson many thanks from kev
when you turn your computer on and it goes to the screen that says winows is running in safe mode. turn the computer off again and when it starts push the F10 key that will take you to the start boot screen scrole down to where it says exit and save changes then click on OK/Yes the computer will reboot and go to the start screen than you scrole up /down to where it says start in normal windows and click on OK/Yes the computer should then reboot its self and go to the windows is starting screen. hope this helpe you:

sounds like the power cut spooked it.Do you have surge protection on your power plug? I have known for power cuts to cause this sort of damage. Have you got a windows xp disk to bring about a recovery? contact me on compdoctor2005@btinternet.com
