my lodos tele has no picture but sound no remote any ideas?
our 14 inch lodos tele has no picture but sound we got it without remote and cant use it.
any where any ideas where to get remote or any clue how to fix problem any help gratefull for
model number is 14 tdvd
I have had 2 of the Lodos 14" TV/DVD's go wrong on me, both with the same problem of the picture cutting out. Luckily, on both occasions Sainsbury's have replaced them, this final time swapping for an Alba brand, as the Lodos was no longer stocked - I'm guessing Sainsbury's became aware of the problems.
Before replacing the TV, Sainsbury's gave me this number for the Lodos helpline: 01422 203 676 - Hope it may be of some use to you both.

Hi. I think this might be a problem with Lodos telly's. I bought a dvd combi for my daughter just under 2 years ago. I had no problems until about 3 months ago, when the picture kept going but leaving sound, and now there is no picture at all, but the sound is still there. I am trying to find the contact details of Lodos so i can complain as Sainsbury's, where bought it from do not want to know as it was over a year ago. I think you should try to find out the details for lodos, because if this is a problem that they are aware of, then they should swap it for a new one? hope this helps?
