Mend Tricity Bendix Oven Temperature Thermostat

tricity bendix oven temperature too hot?

The temperature of my fan oven gets very hot. i.e. if instructions say cook at 180 degrees you need to cook at about 150 and still run the risk of burning the food. Could this be the element or thermostat. If so how do I replace?
