how to replace a cam belt on a rover metro?

I need to replace a cam belt on my rover metro 111 sli
it is an 1120cc model and it is a 1995 model

is it worth replacing the timing belt on an old ruster death trap like this?

It's a c*nt of a job to get the tensioner pulley off i would just keep driving it and when and if the belt snaps go and weigh the thing in . You should get about £15 for it

by the sounds of your question you do not know much about engine's,i would let a mechanic do this job or you could get a haynes manual from the library but follow the manual step by step religuosly as one small mistake & you can wave goodbye to your engine,best of luck
