Another victim of dingalings that adjust rear brakes via the handbrake cable huh???Check for an access hole in the backplate to allow a screwdriver to be inserted and used to lever the shoe opperating lever inside the drum to be forced backwards.Or try slackening off thebleed nipple.this sometimes allows the brake to give enough to move. But,a lot of times it's down to brute force and accepting that u have to renew all hold bown springs and shoes etc.If u have access,I use a slide hammer with a hook on the end, brutal but efective.all this assumes u have backed the handbrake cable right back.animal time.not your fault.
