Mend Sony Ericsson K750i Working Ideas Stopped

k750i bottom 3 buttons and navigation button not working any ideas?

the menu navigation button has stopped working and the bottom 3 buttons dont seam to work any idea what could be wrong it was workin ok just stopped and as a result i cant take the key lock off or get to the settings menu

the wife has exactly the same problems, bottom three keys and joystick - cant get to tools menu to do a master rest even!
