I have a 3.5BM35 P41B Mower. Serial No.63852518 How do I retime The engine?

My mower will not start and I suspect the Timing needs to be reset ?I believe the Type is R434 Recoil Pull Start.The Engine is Briggs & Stratton.

Assuming you mean ignition timing, there is none to set - timing is fixed and cannot be altered - short of machining a new keyway in the flywheel!

You either have no spark, or no fuel - either of which is not hard to fix on a B&S.

Please advise engine type and I will advise further.
