How do I fix a broken porcelain ornament?

I have several broken porcelain ornaments that include an angel with a wing broken off and a "santa" with a broken handle. Any suggestions?

PRATLEY EPOXY QUICKSET WHITE
GENERAL:
Pratley Quickset White is a true high strength adhesive which sets quickly in ±5 minutes. White epoxy is best for heavy duty applications where surfaces are somewhat rough. After mixing, this product is thixotropic (non-running), it has the consistency of soft butter and can fill large gaps where the repair requires both adhesive strength and a filler. It has an exceptionally high-tensile adhesive strength.

PROPERTIES:
1. Quick setting.
2. Exceptional adhesive strength.
3. Bonds well to most materials.
4. Can be filed, sawn, machined and sanded.
5. Will accept paint.
6. Resists most chemicals, mild acids, oil and petrol.
7. Good shelf life.

SURFACE PREPARATION:
Surface to be bonded should be free of all loose dirt., dust, moisture, oil, grease and paint.
Sanding or wire brushing will significantly enhance adhesion to smooth surfaces.
APPLICATION PROCEDURE:

From the tube with a white cap squeeze out a bead of resin onto a flat non-absorbent surface such as a piece of card.
From the tube with the red cap squeeze out an exactly similar bead of hardener next to the first bead.
Use only as much as can be used in 2 to 3 minutes.
Replace the colour coded caps on the correct tubes.
Using a spatula or matchstick, thoroughly and vigorously mix the two beads together until and even colour is obtained.
Use within 3 minutes after mixing by applying to both surfaces to be bonded.
After bringing surfaces together, wipe off excess adhesive. (Petrol or paraffin will help).
DO NOT disturb the bonded parts until adhesive has set.
SOME SUGGESTED USES:

Repair broken china plates.
Repair china and glass ornaments.
Repair or join metal in place of light welding or brazing.
Mend electric plugs and insulators.
Repair chipped wash hand basins.
Replace handles on kitchen utensils.
Mend cracks on fibreglass surfaces.
Repair cracking on kitchen appliances.
Re-fix costume jewellery.
Repair motor car distributor cap.
For extra strong repairs soak into a bandage and wrap around broken joint.
NOT RECOMMENDED FOR:

Bonding rear view mirror to windscreens.
On any flexible materials.
Temperatures above 80ºC.
NOTE:

If stored in a cold place, tubes may be somewhat hard - due to crystallization of contents. Gentle warming in hot water (60ºc to 70ºc) will restore them to their original consistency.

Dispenser 20x 40ml hanging packs
Gel Time 3 minutes
Setting Time 8 minutes
Tensile Strength 1 hour
Full Strength 4 hours
Max Temperature 80°C
