Mend Accenta 8 Alarm System Lights

I have an Accenta 8 alarm system which has stopped working?

My Accenta 8 alarm system has suddenly frozen. All power lights are on but I cannot enter a code into the keypad. No buttons work it's as if the system has frozen? How do I fix this? Or is it the keypad just faulty?
