How can I fix by Accenta 8 Mini home alarm system?

How do I clear a tamper fault on my home alarm system The system is a Accenta 8 Mini manufactured by Advanced Design Electronics. When I try to set the alarm the lights for zones 1 to 4 all light up and I cannot clear this by the usual "reset" method. When I go into Engineering Programming mode the tamper light immediately comes on. Can any one help please.
