Mend Whirlpool AWM 5125 Washing Machine Household

My Whirlpool AWM 5125 keeps topping mid cycle?

Since moving home My Whirlpool AWM 5125 keeps stopping mid cycle. Each time I have to nudge the controller to get it to move on.

John did you ever find out the answer to this problem.
Our machine is doing the same, I have sen other forums posts that suggest it could be that the timer has developed a fault and needs replacing?
