OK, I just replaced mine on my Rover 400 SI. You have to pop the door panel off, then there is a casing on the inside that also pops off with ease. Then you will be faced with 3 star holed screws, unscrew these and the rest is fairly simple, to put it back, just follow the instuctions in reverse.
