Mend Optoma G3 Alarm Panel Accenta

Part required for Alarm panel?

I accidently managed to blow the cpu in my accenta optoma G3 panel Type 8SP 401N while fitting. The number on the cpu chip is 2Al162V2_1.HEX . Is there anywhere this component can be obtained?
