how to tune Proline TV model 1490R ?

Manual Tuning
1) Press the *** button on the remote control and keep it pressed until the “OVERVIEW” menu appears on the screen.
2) Press the *** button again, the “INSTALLATION” will appear on the screen.
3) Select the function PROGRAM NR. using the up/down buttons.
4) Select the program to tune using the +/- buttons.
5) Select the function TUNE using the down button.
6) Press the + to start tuning, each time a station is found, tuning will stop.
7) Select the function STORE by pressing the down button.
8) Press the + for storing the station in the program (the message STORED will appear on the screen).
9) To exit tuning press the TV button.
