My servis washer/dryer (M9813W) still works but dose not heat up the water or dry the clothes I'm not sure if its the thermostat or the element has gone. If it is one of these parts can someone tell me where to find them on the machine as there are a few a sites selling the parts I may need. Any answers??
Hi Paul, before you buy new parts make sure that the old one are not repairable, some time you just need to reactivate the thermostat pressing the little red swicth, so you dont need any parts!!Phone Servis uk at 0121 5263192 (techinical line ) and they will help to find the problem. You can also send them an email (technical@servisuk.co.uk) and will replay to you the same day, they can also send you the wiring diagram so you can locate the termostat,all of this is free of charge
