any help starting my kle 500. i press the ingnition switch and the starter spins but does not engage the engine. any one help with where to start or had this problem
spot on caine, when the starter spins there are 3 small discs which grip and these easily jam. a very easy fix to dismantle and repair

sounds like the starter motor one way clutch is shot.this mechanisim is designed to engage and drive crank and freewheel when engine starts.never worked on yours before,but many starter clutchs's are rebuildable.
