Cheapest first.Get somone to give you a jump start.if starter engages and starts battery's flat.check voltage at bat with multimeter,minimum is13.5 volts,if less than13volts battery's flat due to fault in alternator/regulator/rectifier..if jump start fails to spin and engage starter then starter motor is faulty.All this presupposes that all battery clamps are clean and tight and all earths are same
