when i switch it on no water seems to be drawn into the machine Is this a big job ?

check water is on.turning the plastic bit doesn't mean your turning the valve as it might of broken off.check kinked hose at the back.check drain hose is draining freely.if it clicks alot once you press the start button then the conveyor could be faulty or inlet valve faulty
