MP3 has stopped battery charging from- MY PC- ?

I cannot get my MP3 Battery to charge from My PC
But when I took it back to COMETS they got it to work
from one of their computers, all my USB ports, are
working OK. Model Proline MP3 752SD-2GB.It has been

This is a driver problem the battery wasn't charging because the PC could not see the MP3 at all.
Clipped into MY COMPUTER viewed System info. System properties. Hardware. Device Manager. found device installed the driver and the rest is history..BINGO.
