DHW problems?

i have a halsted bolier and everytime the is shower on after a few mins the water will go cold and the saftey ignition kicks in. its very frustrating as we have to turn the shower and mains off to reset the boiler. this can happen several times when trying to shower.
i've contacted my landlord but they've done nothing.

thats probably a overheat problem more than likely caused by blocked/restricted/ exchanger. boiler struggling to keep within working temperature and locking out as a safety precaution.
