Mend Ideal Logic Combi Heating Boiler Central

problem with OCEAN style ff combi boiler?

1 water isn't hot enough unless we put the central heating on as well - then it is too hot
2 there has to be a high pressure coming out of the tap before the gas will come on and it comes on very slowly
3 thermostat doesn't seem to work properly
