The pilot light is lit but the piezo keeps generating a spark. The boiler does not fire up. Maybe the boiler brain does not know that the pilot is alight?! Do I require a new sensor for the pilot light/ If so, where can I get one and how do I fit it. (I'm in Essex)
be carefull some neta heats contain asbestos they are also a positive pressure boiler nicknamed the widowmaker in the trade......You have interfered with a case seal which is very dangerous to do as you do not know the procedure for checking the integrity and could lead to discharge of products of combustion into your room.
