How to restring dual string Homelite Grass Trimmer?

I have a HOmelite ST-145 grass trimmer with a dual string spool? Can anyone tell me the procedure for restringing it? IT is an automatic bump advance type line, but not sure how to restring, so could use anyones advice out there that might know? Thanks
