Mend Worcester 24i Hot Water Heating System

cant regulate the water temperature.(really hot or cold)?

having problems with our shower when we use it cannot get the water temp right it is normally really hot or cold.
We have a worcester 24i boiler its a pain in the A##e.
can anyone help.
