Mend Fisher&Paykel 051 Jammed Washing Machine

How do I fix my Fisher&Paykel Smart Drive 051?

The inside barrel of my Fisher&Paykel Smart Drive 051 will not turn... It's as if its jammed. When the washing machine is switched off at the wall, I can manually spin it but when it's on it's really hard to try turn it. When I try to do a load of washing it stops because the inside doesn't turn. What can I do?

It sounds like the Motor Drive Board has a problem. There are diagnostic modes you can enter to determine the exact fault. Why not try the site www.ukwhitegoods.co.uk They have an excellent Q&A site for Fisher Paykel products.
