Mend Toyota Camry V6 GX 3L

Rainwater in footwell Camry V6 GX 3L?

After recent heavy rain at night I am finding a lot of water in the passenger footwells (front & Rear). It seems to be under the aircon outlet ducting which leads down into front footwell and under the seat to the rear footwell. Is there a passageway to the scuttle which is blocked & how may I reach it?

I had the same problem in a 92 Camry, I think i solve it by cleaning the drain pipes from the sun roof. get a lenth of steel cable from B & Qs or an old speedo cable usualy works
