Whirlpool washer 6th sense awo3551?

Hi I hope someone can help? I have the above washing machine and it is only 2years old (just out of warranty). The other day the closed tap light came on (for no reason we checked) now the clean the pump light has come on and it doesnt do anything I keep getting an error message saying fp? No idea what the problem is,we have taken the pump out had nothing except some fluff still doesnt work. It will spin but nothing else. Anyone any ideas? your help would be appreciated!
