Switch off your boiler. Remove front cover (1 screw on top of boiler, then slide upwards) remove 4 screws on inside cover and remove. You will see 2 clear plastic pipes inside. These lead to a 'Venturi' inside the flue. Remove flue from top of boiler and clean venturi. (Much easier if venturi removed first, dont mix up the pipes) Refit all.
Should solve your problem.
