stick your thumb in it , between the drum and the flywheel . once you have done this scream and shout at it then hit it with something big and heavy . this may not rectify the problem but it gives you a great feeling of satisfaction!!!!! seriously call someone who knows what the f**k they are doing !!!!!!!

I have had exactly the same problem since having this wshing machine, I have tried it with only a few things in and it still does it. I personaly think it is a fault with the washing machine, I have got to the point now where I am considering purchasing a new one, as it is so draining!!

read the maximum weight in the instruction manual you can put in on a min 30 wash and i suspect you are overloading it.cotton programs are the only ones that do a full load/full spin.read the program chart in the instruction manual for more info.
