y wont our bissell proheat spray water& and is not suckin plz help?

when my mom turned it on , she said it wont suck up water and wont spray water or cleaner so she complain 2 my dad but he didnt know . plz help.

If it has a heater, there is a good chance the heater has cooked the cleaning solution and the ports are clogged at the heater in the handle.

I had the same problem a couple years ago and spent $90 and two weeks at Sears to get it repaired, today the water stopped spraying again and I refuse to put another $90 into this machine, so I will be in the market for a new one(but different brand)
