I have an ADENVT KEY BOARD THAT WILL NOT RESPOND?

HOW DO I GET MY KEY BOARD TO WORK HAVE CHECKED CONNECTION AND HAVE DONE A CHECK THAT IT WOKS VIA COMPUTER TEST BUT STIL WILL NOT PLAY?
