Making a watch beep every hour?

I have a water resistant 3bar motile multi-function watch stainless steel backing and it's WR30M. I had it beeping every hour but I pressed the worng button and I don't know how to make it beep every hour again. PLEASE HELP ME! OHHH PPLLEEAASSEE! THE WALLS ARE CLOSING IN ON ME I CAN'T SEE ANYTHING! OH-NO! NOT THE LIGHT! Oh well at least the light isn't red and theres no sound of drums. Am I to exagerant for you? Sorry.
