kenwood 701a mixer?

my motor is running ok,but soon as there is a mixtur put in the bowl it seems the clutch is slipping and it dosent mix. you can allso stop the whisk going round with your hand ,this does not holter the tone of the motor

Hi, I would say your gearbox is at fault,if you can stop the mixer turning with the moter still running I would check out the planetery gears.
