Milk shake inside Kenwood mixer KM265?

I have a Kenwood KM265. My son has just made a protein shake an the bottom of the blender was not fixed into the blender correctly which resulted in a litre of ice cream, milk etc cascading all over the mixer! there was shake coming from very possible part - including the air vents at the back!!

Anyway of dismantling and cleaning? am assuming milkshake not great for the electrics in there and not looking forward to the smell once the milk turns. any advice welcome.
