Mend Zanussi FLE1215W Washing Machine Flashing Light Reset

Zanussi FLE1215W start/pause light flashing?

I just got a second hand Zanussi FLE1215W. After installing the machine, I attempted to run an empty cycle to make sure the machine works.

After turning the machine on and selecting a fabrics programme, the start/pause button continues to flash after pressing it. It appears to be stuck in pause mode even though the door locks. The wash cycle never starts.

I was thinking that maybe I need to reset the computer in the machine to the factory defaults? Can someone help me please?

it continuously flashed like it was stuck in pause mode.

however, i attempted to turn the machine on the next morning, and it worked fine! i'm assuming it just needed to be connected to electric for awhile as it had been sitting in a friend's shed for quite awhile.

how many flashes does it do as it tells us whats wrong.post answer and i will try and help you.If you connected it under a sink onto a stub,did you remove the end blanking cap from sink????.just a common fault that may or may not be the problem
